DaLian electric traction R&D center (brief as electric traction R&D center) is a high-tech company organized by China CNR Corporation Limited, which was established in September 2001, it was set up to swiftly upgrade independent innovative capacity of core technology of electric traction for railway transportation equipment and to quicken the pace of developing relevant core technology product.
